Dream of died, eyes, woke up, bedroom, silhouette

Woke up really scared, said the word 'Ted' or could've been 'dead' and saw a male black silhouette in my bedroom doorway, trying to open my eyes from deep sleep finally 3 blinks later fully opened eyes and vision was gone. My husband died April last year, I wonder if it was him, but what was he communicating?

There was a wooden pole outside one of the windows and as I looked out I saw a person walk by, stop then throw a bucket of fuel on the pole, setting it alight. I run calling my daughters.
