I was swimming in a pool with my brother-in-law he was telling me that my sister (who is dead) wants us to be happy. Them my nephew came and told us my mom (who is well past child bearing years) was ready to give birth and somehow was known that I was supposed to deliver the baby. When I got there she was crying saying something is wrong call an ambulance. I checked her and said the baby is breech. She started pushing which surprised me but I went with it. The baby was born then my moms nose started bleeding
