Dream of friends, tall building, woke up, building, father

In my dream I was in various places through out my dream. First I was at a gathering with friends from school and my brother was there and a couple of others I did not recognize. I seemed to be very uncomfortable with them all and they seemed to be happy and having fun. All the sudden I end up with a girl I don't know she has a video camera and were in a entirely different place going up and down stairs patters and as we went up I saw two people in my life that had passed one my father who looked dead but was walking and stumbling freaked me out then appeared my friends husband who passed it was very quick that appeared and diss appeared. We went to a village and I saw a best friend of mine that had passed and it was as if she wanted to talk but couldn't. Then I end up on a jet ski and coming to a place where this very tall building was being built and I saw a storm coming and wanted to warn the people that were high up building it and last thing that happened the building was starting to collapse but in order not all over the place. I woke up very confused about the dream it made no sense.

I had a dream that I was with 1 of my friends and a couple other ladies I didnt know. We were outside and I saw a snake on the ground. It was so vivid. He opened his mouth at me. My friend got in the driver seat of the car. I ran to the passenger side of the car and was trying to get in. I was wearing hoka tennis shoes. The snake kept striking the heel of my tennis shoes as i attempted to get in the car. The snake never got my skin but kept getting the foam heel of my tennis shoe. I stood in front of a tall building that overlooked a large city.I than found myself standing in front of a door, President Trump was alone in an office sitter by a desk. He looked disappointed. He stood up from his desk, walked towards me and stood next to me. He was looking straight ahead at the city below. I was walking down a hallway of a hospital, I saw two past friends who are both doctors in different countries, don’t know if we interacted, but one told the other to come with her and she took her into a restricted area. I continued down the hallway and came upon a wing of the hospital that the majority of the hospital staff did not know was retrofitted as a quarantine area. Many people were in that quarantine area mainly black foreigners. It was like the couldn’t wait to see a staff personnel that they didn’t see before to tell them all that was happening in that quarantine area. I saw a resident doctor who is senior to me and asked him to walk with me. I wanted to ask hi questions. We started walking back in the direction I came from and one of his superior’s saw him and asked him where he was going, I quickly made up an excuse for him and we continued walking. We parted ways soon afterwards and I continued walking. I opened the door and entered a room where high level government officials such as the Prime Minister of Barbados and media officials were discussing another pandemic, TV and computer screens filled the room. The looked up at me a little startled that I was there and I quickly told them ‘never mind me I am just passing through’.
