I was in so much pain, I was sent to hospital whilst I was holding my abdomen because I didn't want my intestines to fall out but when I got to the hospital the wound was not as big as I thought it was when the nurse oened and attempted helping me with it.What does my dream mean?

Living with my dad after my mom passed away and had to take him to the hospital cause he couldn't breath properly. A group of girls was standing on the step with a dog as we were trying to leave asking for someone who wasn't there.
