A man I love very much had ordered some suede Oxford shoes in the mail, like mine. Some guy showed up at my place asking for this man because he didn't want my friend to wear women's shoes. He left my house and went to my friend's, and when my friend opened his door, he was beaten to nearly to death by the stranger. It felt like some sort of hate crime.
