Dream of father, screaming, building

My father recently passed away. In my dream I have to go to the funeral parlor to identify the body. Upon arrival I hear blood-curdling screams coming from inside. I enter the building and the screaming intensifies. I look around and find out that the screaming is coming from the crematorium. I run inside to find my father laying on a slate and being slowly pulled in. He's crying and begging me to help him. I try as hard as I can to make it stop and the undertaker rushes in to reassure me that everything is fine. He says "All the dead scream".

Morning. I dream we were on the phone and you told me to hold on. Next thing you had a longggg serious discussion with your grandfather. He was telling you what to do and practically training on things to do and say. I did not listen because you never told me to listen so I don’t know exactly what he told you. I was welcomed into an architects office by two friendly ladies. An Asian man sat at the conference table and was rearranging a model of a building on the table. I wasn't sure if I was really wanted there or if I was going to be fired. But as I made some jokes we all laughed and I became more confident. The ladies seemed to want to hear what I had to share and I made a few more funny comments and it was nice and bright and enjoyable. Then one of the ladies said we were going to be able to leave early, at 2:30pm which I was happy about.
