Dream of children, person, screaming

Its evening time just got dark my husband yells out the house door to tell me about a person breaking into houses taking children and giving it to a vicious dog to use as a toy and tells me to go a few houses down to tell a family friend what is going on. I see myslef running crying and screaming ashley and they turn the radio up and run inside the house. After I have made sure she knows I turn around to go back home and In the process of doing so the dog comes out of no where and attacks my arm.
