Meaning of father in law in a dream

Dreams about a father-in-law can have many meanings, and the interpretation depends heavily on the context of the dream and your relationship with him. Common interpretations include: Authority or guidance: A father-in-law may symbolize wisdom, experience, family expectations, or a guiding influence in your life. Family relationships: The dream could reflect your feelings about family dynamics, marriage, acceptance, or belonging. Approval or judgment: If your father-in-law was evaluating, criticizing, or supporting you in the dream, it may relate to concerns about how others perceive your decisions. Unresolved emotions: If there are tensions, admiration, worries, or unfinished conversations involving your father-in-law, the dream may be processing those feelings. A symbolic figure: Sometimes the person represents qualities associated with them (strength, discipline, kindness, stubbornness, etc.) rather than the actual individual. The details matter. For example: Was he alive or deceased? What was he doing in the dream? How did you feel during the dream (comforted, afraid, happy, anxious)? Did he say anything significant?

I was driving and was at a cross section town, then I opted to stop and I am not sure why. I entered a building. Before that I could see a road that heads to my direction, another going into fields far off. I entered this building and it had many outlets, some felt I couldn’t enter coz they were pubs. Somehow when o moved further behind this shopping complex, I saw a building entree it and met I man whom I seem to know, but I don’t know him personally in reality. We somehow spoke in the corridors then I went upstairs. I found I’d locked myself to sleep in his room. He found me there and he wondered what I was doing there, I told him sleeping, and he did not get angry. I went downstairs and found my mum and grandchildren in rooms and had woken up were preparing to leave. I remember the faces of a few of my nieces. Then in order to leave I went back upstairs to this room I had gone to sleep to pick my car keys and couldn’t locate the room. I went as I looked around to search for this room and found myself in a room where bankers from I think ABC bank had a meeting and we somehow talked as they finished up. Still I realized I couldn’t find the room I had left my car keys. My dream ended around this point.
