Dream of water, cheese, macaroni, caught, paralyzed, falling, upside down

Someone was paralyzed from the waist down and i was carrying them to safety. The ground turned into macaroni and cheese and it was hard to run. The world turned upside down, and we were falling in water and being caught in plastic bags.
