For service in person or by phone, the full amount will be charged unless at least 24-hour notice is given (by email or phone) to cancel your appointment. For service by email, the full amount will be charged once the order has been placed and no refunds are available because work may have already begun on your request. RESCHEDULING POLICY. (Does not apply to service by email) Up until 24 hours before your appointment time, you may request to reschedule your appointment.
