I saw a hand wrapped in a cloth placed in my tumbler

I was riding passenger seat in my vehicle, and my ex- boyfriend was driving. The door to the passenger seat was missing and I didn't have on my seat belt. He came to a sudden stop, then turned a corner extremely fast, and I fell out the vehicle. I tumbled down the street for a while, but was not injured.
