Dreams injury

I had a dream that my boyfriend was in a lot of pain and had some spinal injury and i was so scared

I was on a beach near a field with a head and rib injury. My mum was smoking. My ribs and head were injured. A bin turned into a black bear.

I had a really bad head injury and wanted to go to hospital but nobody really cared. Then my ribs started to fall out of my side but again nobody cared.

Parading in my marching band at night on a dark road andwe stop only for a car to come over a hill and run into the band . The 1st couple of rows of bands people escape injury but those further back get hit by car .. I'm trying to use my phone to phone emergency services but we don't know the name of the street we are on ???
