I keep dreaming that my boyfriend is cheating on me with his ex

My girlfriend was cheating on me right in front of me and did not care I was mad and watching her she had just continued and then I had pulled myself right out of my dream and was then fully awake.

I dreamed my boyfriend was cheating on me with his ex girlfriend . We were at his family christmas party and he leaves me to go back to her and his family wanted it to happen.
