Dreams tooth

Seasons were changing around us as we traveled. Then we stopped to a hotel and I pulled my bottom tooth out.

Took safety pin out of lip, it got stuck in my gums, when trying to extract from gums I ripped the gums and caused the gum to bleed ... I looked at the injury which did not hurt, but I was a bit worried of the scar that may develop ... There was no tooth in the spot of injury only on each side of it.

I dreamed my friends and I went to a club and 1 of my tooth fillings falled out and I was so scared it would start acheing again..wot does it means?
