Why do i keep dreaming that my husband is cheating on me and does not care of my feelings ?

I was on holiday with my mum, partner, son and sister. I had twin baby boys who kept drowning and I saved them. I was cheating on my partner. There were men with guns stealing a phone. We were at a hotel, fun fair and by the swimming pool.
