The Apocalypse begins when all major banks fail. However there's a small group of enlightened, aware people that have seen this coming and made preparations. They had taken their money out of the banks and into smaller unions which remain unfazed by the destructing . When the when the global financial system crumbles, this causes chaos and pandemonium on earth, however it's just a distraction. While the majority of people are crippled by the events, the astute observer notices amidst the chaos, there are strong, unusually focused characters of superhuman strength training in the rubble. An uprising led by an evil force is beginning and they are training for war . The enlightened ones take heed of this and band together to form an alliance against this evil that is brewing. They begin their training, as well, based on teachings and predictions found in a book called Terra Firma and this is what the second group calls themselves.

I had a dream that Morpheus, the King do dreams, told me that I was one of the warriors who had to protect the world from an evil nightmare. I saw many other people, including someone I hate on the team. I told them I didn't believe this nonsense. One of the king's enemies came to me and told me I could help them fight the king. I decided that would be fun. So I've been helping the nightmares get stronger. The evil lord gave me dark powers. I felt strong and in control. I am at my friend Betty's house. I call Ann up to make an appointment to get my hair highlighted. I speak to the receptionist at the beauty parlor. I speak in a Russian accent. I went to church and the youth was playing sardeens and karl was hiding but we were all leaving but we needed to find him so we found him under chairs then when we get up I see shawn holding a cat and he's all lovey with his cat, then I go up to grace and she gives me a hug and then a piggy back ride and we go outside and follow shawn, then shawn turns into a cat and we chase him then grace steps on his back foot and breaks it off then I pick up the cat (shawn) and help it and notice that it only has half a leg. Then shawn goes into church but the cat is still alive. so I think I should go into the church so I lay the cat on its side in the parking lot and run to the church but the cat follows me with its limp so I get the front door and its blocked off so I pray outside with the cat
