Nose sliding away at the tip, falling off in chunks
I had an ear infection in real life. In my dream an old uni lecturer was injection/ putting drops through my eardrum. I said how cold the feeling was and that I could feel it trickling down indisde my nose. She then said, ah theres something i didnt mention, I put the drops through your eardrum.
