I realise my intestines are coming out from a hole on the right of my stomach, I struggle to put them back in and realise there is a tear and excrement is coming out all over me. I wake up in the morning to get ready for school and my boyfriend texts me, saying that we're over, he wants to break up. I become distraught and go to a store instead of school to do some shopping.
